适用范围
本标准规定了在公网中使用的具有IPv6路由功能的以太网交换机的技术要求，包括功能要求、通信接口、通信协议、性能指标、安全功能要求以及环境要求等。具有IPv6路由功能的以太网交换机是指支持IPv6协议、具有路由学习能力和第三层（网络层）包交换能力的IP分组交换机。本标准在指定支持IPv6具有路由功能的以太网交换机必须实现的协议时不重复应用协议的内容，只规定协议中必须实现的内容，可选的内容，不需实现的内容，对同类协议作选择。本标准适用于支持IPv6协议的具有路由功能的以太网交换机。

【摘要】:ThegeneralacceptanceinspectionmethodsspecifiedinthispartofIEC62058applytonewlymanufacturedelectricitymetersproducedandsuppliedinlotsof50andabove.TheprocessdescribedhereincanbeusedforassessmentofconformitywiththerequirementsoftheDirective2004/22/ECoftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncilonmeasuringinstruments(MID),using:-ModuleD,Declarationofconformitytotypebasedonqualityassuranceoftheproductionprocess:-Finalproductinspectionandtesting;-ModuleF,Declarationofconformitytotypebasedonproductverification:-Verificationofconformitywiththemetrologicalrequirementsbyexaminationandtestingofeveryinstrument;or-Statisticalverificationofconformitywiththemetrologicalrequirements;-ModuleH1,Declarationofconformitybasedonfullqualityassuranceplusdesignexamination:-Finalproductinspectionandtesting.WhentheprocessisusedwithinmoduleF,theinspectionmethodsselectedshallmeettherequirementsspecifiedin5.3ofAnnexFoftheMID.See5.5below.Itisnoted,thattherequirementsof5.3ofAnnexFoftheMIDdonottakeintoaccounttheswitchingrulesbetweennormal,tightenedandreducedinspection.Thoseswitchingrules,mandatorywithlot-by-lotinspection,whenproperlyapplied,ensureadequateprotectiontothecustomeragainstpoorquality,andprovideincentivestothemanufacturertoproduceconsistentlygoodquality.
