适用范围
本标准规定了基于SDH的多业务传送节点(MSTP)设备的互联互通技术要求，包括SDH互通、虚级联/链路容量调整方案(LCAS) 互通、通用成帧规程(GFP) 互通、多协议标记交换(MPLS) 互通和以太网业务互通等。其他功能如异步转移模式(ATM) 、弹性分组环(RPR) 等的互通、自动交换光网络(ASON) /通用多协议标记交换(GMPLS) 控制平面互通以及用户设备与MSTP之间的互通(即UNI接口的互通)不在本标准的范围内。
本标准适用于不同厂家基于SDH的MSTP设备互通。
