【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60730appliestothepartialevaluationofthermalmotorprotectorsasdefinedinIEC60730-1forsealed(hermeticandsemi-hermetictype)motor-compressors.Athermalmotorprotectorisanintegratedcontrolwhichisdependentonitscorrectmountingandfixinginoronamotorandwhichcanonlybefullytestedincombinationwiththerelevantmotor.RequirementsconcerningthetestingofthecombinationofmotorandthermalmotorprotectorsaregiveninIEC60335-2-34.ThisstandardappliestothermalmotorprotectorsformotorcompressorsusingNTCorPTCthermistors,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexJ.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequences,wheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofthermalmotorprotectorsusedinoronsealed(hermeticandsemi-hermetictype)motor-compressors.Thisstandardappliestothermalmotorprotectorsformotor-compressorswithinthescopeofIEC60335-2-34.Throughoutthisstandardtheword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".Thermalmotorprotectorsformotorcompressorsnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothermalmotorprotectorsdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.1.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoothermeansofmotorprotection.1.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoamanualdeviceforopeningthecircuit.Thisstandardappliestothermalmotorprotectorsforusewithelectricmotorswitharatedvoltageequaltoorlessthan690Vandaratedoutputof11kWorless.ControlscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisstandardareconsideredtocomplywiththerequirementsofIEC60730-2-21).Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrol,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuser,orsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturerapplies.
