【摘要】:ThistestmethodisusedtoidentifyorclassifyanemulsifiedasphaltasanRSorMSbymeasuringtheamountofavailableasphaltthatisbrokenfromtheemulsifiedasphaltbyutilizingspecifiedamountsandconcentrationsofcalciumchloridesolutionforanionicemulsifiedasphaltsanddioctylsodiumsulfosuccinateforcationicemulsifiedasphalts.1.1Thistestmethod,applicabletobothanionicandcationicemulsifiedasphaltsoftheRSandMStype,measuresthechemicalbreakingoftheemulsifiedasphalt.1.2Thistestmethoddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
