【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescalculationmodelsdesignedtoestimatetheimpactsoundinsulationbetweenroomsinbuildings,primarilyonthebasesofmeasureddatawhichcharacterizesdirectorindirectflankingtransmissionbytheparticipatingbuildingelementsandtheoreticallyderivedmethodsofsoundpropagationinstructuralelements.Adetailedmodelisdescribedforcalculationinfrequencybands;thesinglenumberratingofbuildingscanbedeterminedfromthecalculationresults.Asimplifiedmodelwitharestrictedfieldofapplicationisdeducedfromthis,calculatingdirectlythesinglenumberrating,usingthesinglenumberratingsoftheelements.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribestheprinciplesofthecalculationscheme,liststherelevantquantitiesanddefinesitsapplicationsandrestrictions.Itisintendedforacousticalexpertsandprovidestheframeworkforthedevelopmentofapplicationdocumentsandtoolsforotherusersinthefieldofbuildingconstruction,takingintoaccountlocalcircumstances.Thecalculationmodelsdescribedusethemostgeneralapproachforengineeringpurposes,withaclearlinktomeasurablequantitiesthatspecifytheperformanceofbuildingelements.Theknownlimitationsofthesecalculationmodelsaredescribedinthisstandard.Usersshould,however,beawarethatothercalculationmodelsalsoexist,eachwiththeirownapplicabilityandrestrictions.Themodelsarebasedonexperiencewithpredictionfordwellings;theycouldalsobeusedforothertypesofbuildingsprovidedtheconstructionsystemsanddimensionsofelementsarenottoodifferentfromthoseindwellings.

【摘要】:Theflameheightandcolor(indicativeofair-to-gasratio)foratestflamehavetraditionallybeenspecifiedintheindividualtestmethod.Theenergycontentoftheflamehasalsobeenaddressedbyreferencetoaspecificsupplygas.Ithasbeendeterminedthatthesupply-gasbackpressureandflowratecanbevariedwithoutaffectingtheheightandcoloroftheflame.However,theenergycontentoftheflameisaffected.Thispracticeprovidesthebackpressureandflowrateofthesupplygasfora20-mm(50x2013;W)anda125-mm(500x2013;W)testflame,andaprocedureforconfirmingtheheat-fluxprofileofthetestflame.Informationisprovidedfortestflamesusingmethane,propane,orbutane.Usingthisinformation,thesesupplygasescanbeusedinterchangeablywithastandardizedburnertoproduceessentiallythesametestflame.1.1Thispracticecoverstheconfirmationoftestflamesforsmall-scaleburningtestsonplasticmaterialsusingthelaboratoryburnerdescribedinSpecificationD5025.Backpressuresandflowratesformethane,propane,andbutanesupplygasesaregivenforspecifictestflames.Thispracticedescribesaproceduretoconfirmtheheatevolutionofthetestflame.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandardshouldbeusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditionsandshouldnotbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefire-hazardorfire-riskofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.Results,however,ofthetestmaybeusedaselementsofafire-hazardassessmentorafire-riskassessment,whichtakesintoaccountallofthefactors,whicharepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardorfireriskofaparticularenduse.Note18212;ThereisnosimilarISOstandard.Thispracticeisequivalentintechnicalcontentto,butnotfullycorrespondinginpresentationwith,theconfirmatoryproceduresofIEC/TS60695-11-3,MethodAandIEC/TS60695-11-4,MethodA.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
