【摘要】:Thispracticeisusefulfortheexaminationofrubbercompoundsorproductsforthepresenceofchemicalsthatpreventorgreatlyreducedegradationduetooxygen,ozone,orotheragents.Thispracticeissuitableforqualityassurance,factorycontrol,andresearchanddevelopmentapplications.1.1Thispracticecoversthedetectionandidentificationbythin-layerchromatographyofantidegradants(antioxidants,antiozonants,andstabilizers)thatmaybepresentinrawrubberorrubberproducts.Analysisforothertypesofantidegradantsispossibleaslongastherequirementsofthepracticearemet.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
