【摘要】:Themajorportionofcarbonblackconsumedbytherubberindustryisusedtoimprovethephysicalproperties,lifeexpectancy,andutilityofrubberproducts.Thesetestmethodsprovideanaturalrubberformulationanddirectionsforevaluatingcarbonblackintendedforuseinrubberproducts.Thesetestmethodsmaybeusedtocharacterizecarbonblackintermsofspecificpropertiesofthestandardcompound.Thesetestmethodsareusefulforthequalityassuranceofcarbonblackproduction.Theymayalsobeusedforthepreparationofreferencecompounds,toconfirmtheday-to-dayreliabilityoftestingoperationsusedintherubberindustry,fortheevaluationofexperimentalcompounds,andqualitycontrolofproductioncompounds.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthestandardmaterials,testformulation,mixingprocedure,andtestmethodsfortheevaluationandproductioncontrolofcarbonblacksinnaturalrubber(NR).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
